We build AI automation, custom software and the integrations that connect them, for growing businesses. Everything is shaped around how your team already works, so the admin shrinks and the work that earns money gets more of your time.
Your system, your data, fully owned by you.

Technology should make the work easier.
Most businesses don't need another subscription. They need the tools they already pay for to work together, with the repetitive steps taken out. This is what that looks like on a normal Tuesday.
- Leads copied from forms into a spreadsheet by hand
- Follow-ups tracked in someone's memory or inbox
- Weekly reports rebuilt from scratch every Friday
- Five tools open to answer one simple question
- Systems that get harder to manage as you grow
- Leads land in your CRM, already summarised and assigned
- Follow-ups scheduled automatically, nothing slips
- Dashboards that update themselves in real time
- One connected system with the full picture
- Software built to scale with the business
Built around your workflow, not a template.
Every project starts with the problem you're trying to solve. Only then do we decide whether that means custom software, an automation, a web app or simply connecting what you already have.
Custom Software Development
Custom business platforms, client portals and workflow systems, built around how your team operates rather than how an off-the-shelf package assumes it should.

Read articleOften not, and we will tell you when you don't. AI is useful for reading and summarising messages, drafting replies, extracting details from documents and answering questions from your own information. If a simple rule-based automation or a better-designed system solves the problem, that is cheaper to run and easier to trust, so that is what we recommend.
Start with off-the-shelf if a tool already does 90% of what you need and your team can live with the rest. Custom software makes sense when you are paying for several tools that don't talk to each other, copying the same data between them, or bending your process to fit someone else's product. On the first call we will tell you honestly which side of that line you are on, and if an existing product is the better answer, we will say so.
Yes. You own the code, the data and the accounts it runs on. We set up hosting, domains and third-party services in your name wherever possible and hand over documentation, so you are never locked in to us. If you ever want another team to take over, they can.
We build with data protection in mind from the start: only collecting the data a process needs, controlling who can see what with user roles, keeping an audit trail of changes and choosing a hosting region that suits your data rules. If your system will hold personal data, we talk through what it stores and why before we build it.
Every project is different, so we scope it properly before committing to anything. We start by understanding how the work happens today, then agree a written scope and break larger builds into phases, so you get something useful early and always know what comes next.
Usually, yes. We connect common business tools such as Xero, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Shopify, Stripe and most platforms with an API. We only suggest replacing a tool when it is genuinely holding the business back.
We train your team, watch how the system is used in the first weeks and fix anything that gets in the way. After that you can keep us on for monitoring, security updates, backups and improvements, or simply call us when you need a change. Most systems grow as the business learns what else it can automate.
